Alison and Greg first met in 2014 when Alison began working at an architectural firm that Greg was currently working at. After leaving there in 2015, we continued working with each other under various other design companies, until 2019, where we set up on our own.

 

Our goal was, and is to take the good areas we have learned over the years, to step up and perform above to provide a good experience to the client.

 

Though we have had experiences in various fields over the years, our main focus has been with residential new builds and especially renovations/alterations. We have found that clients want to stay with their current house, rather than moving, due to the increasing cost to purchase another house that now fits their purpose.

 

Our experience in Residential includes the following:

• New builds

• Alterations/additions to villa's, state houses through to modern dwellings

• Minor dwellings

• Relocatables

• Sleepouts

• Garages

• Sheds

• Bathrooms

• All other projects, big and small considered.
   

We even consider taking on other designers/ architects projects, where the client has decided they need a better outcome.

 

Our work can consist of the following:

• Guidance meetings

• As built drawings – showing the existing dwelling/s layout, elevations etc, especially where council have little record of what is actually there.

• As Built plans – shows the existing plan only, coloured up, especially for selling a house.

• Concepts

• 3D visuals

• Resource consents

• Building consents.

 

We are a team with combined experience of 30 years and an approved license building practitioner (LBP).
